When you order a Virtual Pass for any event connected to LeaderPass, the email you use during checkout is your unique identifier in the LeaderPass system. Initially, you must use the same email you used at checkout, when you are setting up your LeaderPass account for the first time. You can always change it after you get into your LeaderPass - under My Profile.
LeaderPass will give you Invitations based on the number of extra Passes you buy outside of your own Pass. For example, if you buy 10 extra Passes you will be given 10 Invites. You can continue adding more and more Passes along the way buy purchasing more under your same email address.
When you're logged in, click on the "Welcome" button at the top of any page, and select the "Invites" link that will take you to the Invites page. On this page, you'll see how many Invites you currently have, and your own unique Invitation link. Simply send out your Invitation link to anyone you wish to give one of your extra Passes to.
When they click your Invitation link, it will prompt them to create their own LeaderPass account, and the invitation will be applied immediately! It is only one link that you use for everyone. You do not need multiple links, just this one.
If you purchase extra Passes for the event, each one is good for 14 days from the day someone activates it through LeaderPass. This means you have the option to either give the Invite to someone on your team, or Extend your own access window for an additional 14 day period, for your convienence.
Sharing LeaderPass accounts is not permitted. Think of your Pass like an actual ticket into an event. One per person. We love the idea of group viewing, but we encourage every attendee to have access through their own LeaderPass account. This way your team member can benefit from the On-Demand training on their own timeframe, through their own LeaderPass account.
The order process automatically uses the email you entered at purchase to create your LeaderPass account. Please double check that they are the same. Otherwise, contact us so we can help.
Great news! Your Virtual Pass comes with 14 days of access. You will be able to watch it at your convienence and enjoy the incredible training over this time period.
We have a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of this being a simulcast and having limited seating at the live venue. You can always transfer your Pass to another team member but they must have their own LeaderPass account first.
Have them set up their own LeaderPass account first by going to the Signup Page - it's free to do that. Then reach out to LeaderPass support through your account, providing the name and email of the person you wish to transfer it to. We'll be happy to help!
While most households and offices are equipped with fairly standard high-speed connections, we suggest a 2Mbps download speed to view the simulcast LIVE in it's highest quality. The simulcast stream will adjust to your bandwidth if you have less, so you should still be able to view it. A good rule of thumb is, if you can watch a YouTube in HD without it buffering, you should be fine to view the LIVE experience in HD.
